Acotop 200 is a thin cement-based mortar with improved Polymer used for finishing concrete and block walls. After finishing, it gives a smooth, hard and impact-resistant surface and it easily interacts with some types of surface coatings. It can be applied by trowel or plaster

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be cleaned of grease, mud, moss and other contaminants

Remove excess concrete, mortar, nails and scrap wood
Mixing
-
The water ratio for mixing is about 22 - 25% by weight of powder (depending on the temperature of the construction environment)

About 5.5 - 6.25 liters for a 25kg bag of mortar Acotop 200
-
First, add the pre-measured amount of water into the mixing tank, then mix well with a mixer until homogeneous without lumps
Construction
-
Apply plaster with a steel trowel to the cleaned wall surface, smooth and level the surface
-
Each plaster layer should only be a maximum of about 3mm thick, if the required thickness is up to 6mm, it should be divided into 2 construction times
Cleaning Tools
Clean excess material after use with clean water before curing.
