Direction For Use
Surface Preparation
The surface must be cleaned and hardened, removed from grease, cured concrete, mold, dust and cement grout. Repair places where the surface is uneven or pitted. Large cracks must be filled with repair mortar with Acobond A38 additive
Mix
Apply with a brush or sprayer
Empty the solution ingredient (A) into a clean container; then stir, while slowly adding the flour ingredient (B) and mixing well. Mix continuously with a drill with a mixer attachment for 3-5 minutes until the mixture forms a homogeneous mass that does not clump. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes, stir gently again and apply (it is possible to reduce the powder content by 5-10% when mixing to be suitable for application with a sprayer)
Construction by flying plaster
Reduce the solution composition by about 10%, put it in a clean container; then stir, while slowly adding the flour ingredient (B) and mixing well. Mix continuously with a drill with a mixer attachment for 3-5 minutes until the mixture forms a homogeneous mass that does not clump. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes, stir gently again and then apply (use 10% of the solution composition to further adjust the consistency to suit when applying)
Construction
Moisten the entire surface before and during construction but do not allow water to stagnate. To avoid scratching the first layer, it is recommended to apply the second layer when the surface of the first layer has dried
There is no need to re-moisten the surface before applying the second layer. Apply the second layer vertically from top to bottom diagonally perpendicular to the first. Do not apply when the weather is sunny or windy or the temperature is above 400C and below 50C
Remark
Construction of at least two layers. Do not mix the mixture before use for more than 30 minutes.
Do not mix cement or other chemicals when using
Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use.
